Jordan Brand continues to roll out the Air Jordan 12 with this latest gem. After its run of success with the “Flu Game” iteration, Jordan brand introduces another take on the Red aesthetic. The Air Jordan 12 White/Red, pictured above, is a reversal on another retro release, the “Cherry” 12’s.
The White/Red pair flip the scheme by featuring Red prominently on the leather upper. The White contrast on the mudguard and subtle Black accents complete the look.
Air Jordan 12 White/Red Release Date
This flipped Air Jordan 12 White/Red is a competent follow up to the “Cherry” pair. The 12’s high grade materials make for an iteration that really pops. White accents along the mudguard, midsole, and outsole compliment the look nicely.

The Air Jordan 12 is one of my favorite retro J’s of all time. That being the case, this shoe could be released in just about any colorway and I’d recommend buying it.
A lot can be said for the history of the Air Jordan sneakers – not to mention the exhaustive hype – but we don’t really appreciate the quality that some of these were made in.
The Air Jordan 12, in particular, is an example of greatness demanded by greatness. It’s Michael Jordan’s shoe after all. They couldn’t jut give him a repeat of the 9 or 10. After introducing patent leather to the Air Jordan 11, the Jumpman (somehow) topped itself.
The flip on the Cherry colorway scheme here is dope. As much as I love the Flu Game pair, it doesn’t quite do enough justice to that quality upper.
